We had a special guest at our October meeting. Elizabeth Gannon is a Girl Scout from Troop 564 in Washingtonville, NY. She is working on a Voices of World War II project and wants to create a living history video of WWII Veterans. Elizabeth reached out to Post 386 asking if we had any WWII Veterans she could speak with. Three of our members were interviewed for the project (Sal Foti, Rocco Panella and Joe Farina). They shared some of their thoughts and experiences with her. We hope to be able to share part of her project here once it is completed.
