New State Officers from Post 386

Bruce Lubkeman has been named the new 1st Vice Commander for New York State. Bruce is a past 1st Vice Commander of our Post and was sworn in by State Commander James Mullarkey. Also named as a Trustee at the state level was our own Commander Jim Peloso. Congratulations Bruce and Jim!
